Shipping Policy
You should receive your order within 3-5 business days, after it’s been processed & shipped. Please allow us 1-3 business days for processing & shipping your order.
There may be times when your order will be delayed due to weekends/ holidays/ & or unforeseen events, such as weather conditions. If there are ever any other events that may cause a delay in shipping your order, please note that you will be notified via the email used to place the order.
All orders above USD/$50.00 will be shipped with a signature required for package release.
We do not currently ship out of the United States.

My Order has Shipped: Yes. We have shipped out your order and you should receive it within 3-5 business days. For updates regarding your order location, please refer to the tracking number that was provided to you via your email. If you have not received your order within 10 days of originally placing the order please contact orders@topluxegalore.com so that we can further investigate the details regarding your order.
My Order is Lost/Stolen: We are so sorry to hear that your package has been poorly handled & or thefted. We at TopLuxeGalore™ strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience from checking out on the site, to the delivery at your door. Sometimes, at no fault of our own, there are unfortunate events that come in between our great efforts to guarantee that seamless shopping experience. However, once your order has been shipped out to you via the shipping courier, we can no longer assume the responsibility for a guarenteed package arrival & or theft if this occurs. I Want to Cancel My Order: We are sad to hear that you want to cancel your order, but we understand that things come up. As long as your order is still in the processing mode and has not left for shipping, you may cancel your order by contacting orders@topluxegalore.com. If you are absolutely sure that you must cancel your order, we strongly recommend that you contact us within 24 hours to request an order cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
